Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, as long as they haven't been dispatched yet. Just email support@atelieroshea.com with your order number.
Processing takes 1–3 working days, followed by 6–10 working days for shipping — so you can expect your order within approximately 7–13 working days from purchase (Monday–Friday).
We currently deliver within the U.K. only, and shipping is completely free on all orders — no hidden costs at checkout.
Once your order is placed, it's carefully processed and packed within 1–3 working days before being handed over for delivery. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as it's on its way.
You'll receive a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Simply click it, or use our Track Your Order page to check your order's latest status.
Since we currently only ship within the U.K., customers do not need to pay any customs fees or import duties on their orders.

To keep your pieces looking their best, we recommend following the care instructions on the label of each item. In general, gentle washing or dry cleaning and air drying will help preserve the fabric and shape over time.
At the moment we don't offer individual product samples, but our size guide and detailed product descriptions are there to help you choose the right fit.

We design our pieces to fit true to standard sizing, but fabric and cut can vary slightly between styles. We always recommend checking the size guide on each product page before ordering — and if you're unsure between two sizes, we suggest sizing up.
