We offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Before sending anything back, please email support@atelieroshea.com with your order number. Our team will get back to you with the return instructions and address.

Customers are responsible for return postage and any customs charges, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in which case, we'll cover the return costs.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 working days to your original payment method.

Received a damaged item? Please get in touch within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@atelieroshea.com with:

– Your order number

– A few clear photos showing the damage

– A brief note describing what happened

Yes — we currently only deliver within the U.K.

• Shipping time: 6–10 working days (Monday–Friday)
• Total delivery time: approximately 7–13 working days from your purchase date

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, as long as they haven't been dispatched yet. Just email support@atelieroshea.com with your order number. Once an order has shipped, we're no longer able to cancel it — but you're always welcome to return the item once it arrives.
